Ziyang Wang: Project Researcher in EEIS at the University of Tokyo.

Welcome to the personal website of Dr. Ziyang Wang. Ziyang Wang is a Project Reseacher in the Department of Electricial Engineering and Information Systems (EEIS) at the University of Tokyo. His specialization lies in low-energy wearable air-conditioner development and thermal comfort assessment. This website serves as a platform to showcase his academic achievements, publications and projects. He warmly welcomes collaborations and invites you to explore his work further.

About Him

Ziyang Wang obtained his Ph.D. in the field of EEIS from the University of Tokyo. His passion lies in harnessing the evaporation energy of water to solve the major problem of the energy source of wearable air-conditioners. When he is not immersed in research, he enjoys body training and hiking.

Research Interests

His primary research interests include:

  • Low-energy wearable air-conditioner development
  • Physiological indices-based thermal comfort modeling
  • Electricity spot price forecasting
  • Other machine learning prediction models including small-hydro power generation prediction, and real-time/long-term car CO2 emission estimation
